Court Decisions

For the past couple of years, Hoosier Boys State has hosted real life Court Decision Oral Arguments from the state of Indiana. One of Trine’s facilities is converted into a court, complete with lawyers, bailiffs, etc. Select delegates will be able to witness the Indiana Justices hold court while the Defendant and Plaintiff, The State, argues their points of cause for a decision to be made at a later date. Afterwards, the Justices generally have a question-answer session with the delegates. Questions cannot be case-related.

It is important to note: This is a REAL courtroom with applicable laws and procedures strictly enforced. From the moment Delegates walk into the facility they are expected to be on their absolute best behavior.
