Court Decisions

Hoosier Boys State hosts real life Court Decision Oral Arguments and Appeals from the state of Indiana. One of Trine’s facilities is converted into a court, complete with lawyers, bailiffs, etc. Select delegates will be able to witness the Indiana Justices hold court while the Defendant and Plaintiff, The State, argues their points of cause for a decision to be made at a later date. Afterwards, the Justices have a question-answer session with the delegates. Questions cannot be case-related.

Very Important: Trine University’s facility will be converted to a real courtroom with all applicable laws and procedures strictly enforced by Bailiffs. From the moment delegates walk into the facility they are expected to be on their absolute best behavior. Charges of Contempt of Court may be enforced.
