|Dan Henn has been with HBS for 31 years, this will be his 19th as an Assistant Dean. Dan also facilitates the Speech School at HBS. He was graduated from the Latin School of Indianapolis, has a BS in Radio/TV from Butler University and a MEd from Indiana Wesleyan University. In December 2013, Dan retired from Warren Township Schools in Indianapolis and currently lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Jane, two cats, one dog, and a closet full of Aloha shirts.

|Bart Cassida has a BA from DePauw University in mathematics, earth and space science. He is currently a geometry and algebra II teacher by day, a track and cross country coach by night.

|Cary graduated from Ball State University with BS degree in History & Political Science. Graduated from Indiana University (Kelley School of Business) with Master of Professional Accountancy degree. He has been a CPA for over 13 years and operated his own accounting and tax business for 10 years. Cary has been involved with the HBS program for 20 years after being a delegate to HBS in 1988.

|Ben hails from Northwest Indiana originally by way of Highland. After attending Indiana University Ben took a job in Indianapolis and now is a resident of Carmel. After working as an operations manager for 5 years with National City Bank Ben took a public accounting position with Katz, Sapper and Miller and he is currently a director in their business advisory group. Originally a delegate to Boys State in 1997, Ben has been involved with the program ever since first as a counselor and now as an assistant dean.

|Jace is a 2006 graduate of Griffith High School in Griffith, IN. He was a delegate to HBS in 2005 and returned as a counselor in 2006. Jace earned his Bachelors in Music Education from Mississippi State University in 2011 and his Masters in Muisc Education from the University of Southern Mississippian 2015. He is currently working on his Ed.D. In Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, and currently in his seventh year serving as an Assistant Band Director at Warren Central High School in Vicksburg, MS. This will be his third year serving as an Assistant Dean.

|Jaycob Knazur was a delegate to HBS in 2004; this year marks his third year as an Assistant Dean after having served as a counselor since 2006. Jaycob is a product of Northwest Indiana having been born and raised in Whiting, currently residing in Crown Point. He is a graduate of Andrean High School and Valparaiso University where he earned his Bachelors and Masters in History and Political Science. He now teaches US History at Andrean High School and serves as an adjunct instructor at several Northwest Indiana institutions of higher education including Ivy Tech. He is presently pursuing his Masters in Education at the University of Notre Dame.
